We converted one of the main barns into a fully functional and beautiful house, with two oast houses attached.
We created a full vertical window in the oast house wall, which was cut out and fitted by hand.

Because this was a listed property, we bought and shipped over a derelict barn from France.
The reason for this was because we wanted to use the same type of oak to maintain the authentic look of the original, rather than replacing it with new beams.
